Skhye Moncrief

Skhye holds a BS in geology. Writing lured her away from finishing her thesis in anthropology (bio-archaeology), bones and burial patterns reflecting demographics of the human persuasion, in general. Aside from muscled men in fur, leather, denim, or kilts, she loves cultural ecology, cultural evolution, cultural relativism, and natural processes. Big ideas and simple concepts that manifest in world building to crazy people like Skhye who studied anthropology and geology before turning to writing romantic fiction. Her rule of thumb is to love the good, the bad, and the ugly of every culture in her tales so every aspect of her stories resonates as real as possible. And, yes, Skhye is certifiably geek as well as being a card-carrying member of 'Romance Writers of America' since 2003. Anything resembling a gift card is worthy of toting in Skhye's book.
